Allow for 192kHz session (needs testing, by ear and
by down-sampling to 48k vs. running directly at 48k, etc)
Also prevent plugin from loading when sample-rate is out of bounds.
Previously the plugin loaded but was pitched up when the sample
rate exceeded 96k.
Variables by these names are only used from the local wscript and when
running "waf configure", which already for other reasons only can run at
the top-level.
These variables are thus not mandatory and not used.

This fix ensures that the a-fluidsynth "synth" object is not used in two
threads at the same time during midi event handling (run() in RT thread vs.
load_sf2() in worker thread), which could result in crashes.
