Do not move automation when inserting regions ...
RegionInsertDrag or Consolidate Range or any other operation
calling Playlist::add_region() previously triggered RangesMoved()
which resulted in DiskReader::move_processor_automation()
NB. insert + ripple still moves automation correctly.
