Todd Naugle 0b50bec6f4 MCU: Update view modes for Cue, Foldback, and VCA 
This changes the function of the Inputs, Instruments, and Outputs
buttons as follows:

Inputs = Cue Tracks
Instruments = VCA
Outputs = Foldback Busses
