Robin Gareus 631cda9fc8 Fix mac/Quartz drawRect full exposure ...

When full-draw is set, use the `rect` passed as argument
to `drawRect` and ignore `drawn_rects` invalidation.

This may fix some missing redraws when switching tabs.
