Robin Gareus fc4b2441dd VST2: relax MIDI port detection 
Apparently the official spec suggests singular for canDo
"receiveVstMidiEvent", "sendVstMidiEvent" requests.
However with "receiveVstEvents", "sendVstEvents" the plural form
is used. confusion ensued.
