Hans Baier 0a60b4f530 got MIDI Clock slave closer to functioning properly:

- Cleaned up the class
  - calculating (kind-of) sensible speed and position values
  - fixed resolution (quick-fix)
  - fixed requires_seekahead (set to false)
  - fixed locked (set to true)
