Robin Gareus 16abbd6254 Show bindings that of reserved reserved Lua words 
This correctly matches reserved words when looking
up C++ documentation, but prints the exposed binding.

e.g. ARDOUR::PluginInsert::type -> ARDOUR.PluginInsert._type
