Robin Gareus 1dfee48139 Heuraka! Nightmarish rework of DnD code.

Allow to drag multiple regions from different tracks
to/from the dropzone.

Busses & Automation-lanes are ignored, as are
hidden tracks.

Any region may serve as mouse drag anchor.
