Robin Gareus 1cd9a9b57d Only show automation mode button for PluginInsert ctrls ...

Previously the generic UI of I/O plugins (and upcoming Region
Fx showed an insensitive Automation mode (manual, play, touch etc)
dropdown for all controls.

That accomplished nothing but wasted space.
