Paul Davis 574333fef3 fix #4004 - AutomationTimeAxisView wasn't deleting its StreamView in its destructor, leaving a dangling set of objects hanging around after route deletion. Worth noting that the playlist, region(s) and source of the deleted track remain in existence, which is almost certainly wrong but i'll file a new bug for that
