Paul Davis 6ee0af19c5 two birds with one stone: fix "color bug" that occured as soon any route with >1 types of data was created, because a global Gtk::Style was modified to draw text, but fix it by switching drawing of the meter metrics area to cairo, and avoid all that stuff
