Robin Gareus 7ae480a13d Keep Script Window on top.

Compare to f83dbf83. We cannot use an ArdourWindow here (which
would do this automatically) since we don't want any keyboard-event
forwarding from this editor-window. It's also a main window, not
a WM::ProxyTemporary.
