Paul Davis bfa39cd57a change the renaming process in Bindings::relativize() 
We used to strip the group name from an action name, then prepend the
Bindings object name.

Now we simply prepend the Bindings object name.

So if the named action was Zoom/temporal-zoom-in it becomes, for example,
MidiCueEditorZoom/temporal-zoom-in
